Salam to everyone. I was talking with my nephew yesterday. He is 20 years old and he told me: Uncle, I don't want to work in an office from 9 to 6 for 40 years like you. I want to be a freelancer, travel the world, and make money from my laptop. In my time, a profession was like a second name. If you are an engineer, you are an engineer for life. You build things, you see the result, you have respect in the mahalla. Now, the young people want easy money and no responsibility. They don't want to get their hands dirty. But if everyone becomes a blogger or a crypto trader, who will build our houses? Who will fix the pipes and grow the food? I feel that the dignity of the real hard work is disappearing. Am I wrong or the world is really becoming a place for lazy people with laptops? #job #Profession #WorkEthics #BakuLife #HardWork #Tradition #GenerationGap #Career #RealJob #Azerbaijan
