TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) shall govern the relationship between Islam.Social LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Platform), registered in the UAE, and an individual (hereinafter referred to as the User) using the services of the Islam Social platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Registration

By registering on the Islam Social Platform, the User confirms that they are at least 16 years old, possess full legal capacity, and accept unconditionally the terms of this Agreement, as well as related regulatory documents.

2. User’s Documentation Responsibility

In order to ensure tokenomics transparency and the ethical integrity of the community, the User shall be responsible for reviewing independently all official Platform documents. Use of the service without familiarization with these documents shall not exempt the User from liability.

The following documents shall be deemed mandatory for review:

  • Tokenomics (Whitepaper). Mechanisms governing the issuance, distribution, and value of IST tokens.
  • VIP Status Regulations. Conditions for obtaining privileges and the possibility of purchasing statuses using fiat currency.
  • Amana Reserve (Staking). Rules governing Individual and Group Amana Reserve programs, including lock-up conditions and bonus accrual procedures.
  • Social Multiplier. A system of coefficients and factors affecting the rate of reward accumulation.
  • Islamic Knowledge Publication Rules. Mandatory regulations concerning the verification and publication of religious content in order to prevent fitnah.
  • Advertising Policy. Content requirements and advertising submission rules for partners.

3. Publication Rules and Prevention of Fitnah

Users publishing content related to Islamic knowledge shall be required to strictly comply with the Islamic Knowledge Publication Rules.

In order to prevent fitnah (discord and distortion of truth), the following actions shall be banned:

  • Dissemination of false or unverified information about religion.
  • Publication of materials provoking division, hostility, or insulting the feelings of believers.
  • Claiming the status of a “knowledgeable person” without possessing the relevant qualifications confirmed subject to the procedures established by the Platform.

4. Community Code of Ethics

The following shall be banned strictly on the Platform:

  • Any forms of aggression, insults, harassment, or dissemination of knowingly false information.
  • The use of automated systems (bots) to imitate activity or manipulate metrics.
  • Publication of content violating standards of public morality and the Platform’s fundamental ethical principles.

5. Paid Services and VIP Statuses

The Platform provides extended privileges through a VIP status system. Some statuses may be purchased using fiat currency. All transactions related to the purchase of statuses are subject to separate Regulations, and the scope of services provided shall be fixed at the moment the transaction is completed.

6. Account Inactivity and Assets

Automatic Deletion. In the event of no profile activity for a period of 3 years, the Platform reserves the right to delete the account and all associated data.

Transfer of Assets. All internal coins (IST) remaining on the balance at the moment of deletion of an inactive account shall become the property of the Platform in order to ensure liquidity and economic stability.

7. Social Multiplier

The rate of reward accumulation depends on a dynamic coefficient known as the Social Multiplier.

It is influenced by:

  • The level of the User’s active VIP status.
  • The reputation index (formed on the basis of content quality and absence of violations, including the absence of fitnah).
  • Participation in Amana Reserve (staking) programs.

The Platform shall enjoy the right to reduce the multiplier upon detecting signs of artificial boosting or publication of low-quality content.

8. Liability and Jurisdiction

The Platform shall not be liable for any losses arising from the User’s incorrect interpretation of the rules. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved following the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Platform’s internal regulations.
