TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the Terms or Agreement) regulate the relations between Islam.Social (hereinafter referred to as the Platform), registered in the UAE, and an individual (hereinafter referred to as the User) employing the services of the Islam Social platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Registration

By registering on the Islam Social Platform, the User confirms that they are 16 years of age or older, have full legal capacity, and accept unconditionally these Terms, as well as the provisions of respectively related regulatory documents.

2. User Documentation Responsibility

To ensure the transparency of tokenomics and the ethical integrity of the Community, the User is obligated to study independently all official documents of the Platform. Using the service without reviewing these documents does not release the User from responsibility.

Mandatory reading includes:

  • Tokenomics (Whitepaper). Mechanisms for the issuance, distribution, and value of IST tokens.
  • VIP Status Regulations. Conditions for obtaining privileges and the possibility of purchasing statuses with fiat funds.
  • Amana Reserve (Staking). Rules for Individual and Group Amana Reserve, blocking conditions, and bonus accrual.
  • Social Multiplier. A system of coefficients and factors affecting the rate of reward accrual.
  • Rules for Publishing Islamic Knowledge. Mandatory regulations for verifying and submitting religious content to avoid fitnah.
  • Advertising Policy. Content requirements and advertising submission rules for partners.

3. Publication Rules and Prevention of Fitnah

Users publishing content related to Islamic Knowledge are required to comply strictly with the Rules for Publishing Islamic Knowledge.

In order to prevent fitnah (discord and distortion of truth), it is prohibited to:

  • Distribute unreliable or unverified information about religion.
  • Publish materials that provoke schism, hostility, or offend the feelings of believers.
  • Assume the status of a “knowledgeable person” with no appropriate qualifications confirmed in the manner as established by the Platform.

4. Community Ethical Code

The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

  • Any manifestations of aggression, insult, harassment, and dissemination of knowingly false information.
  • The use of automated systems (bots) to simulate activity and manipulate metrics.
  • The publication of content that violates public morality norms and the basic ethical principles of the Platform.

5. Paid Services and VIP Statuses

The Platform offers extended privileges through a system of VIP statuses. Some of them can be purchased for fiat currency. All status purchase operations are regulated by a separate Regulation, and the volume of services provided is fixed at the time of the transaction.

6. Account Inactivity and Assets

Account Deletion. The User shall enjoy the right to independently delete their account through the settings. In the event the profile features no activity for 3 years, the Platform shall be within its right to automatically delete the inactive account.

Transfer of Assets. All internal tokens (IST) held in the balance at the time of account deletion (be such deletion independent or automatic) shall become the full property of the Platform to ensure liquidity, cover operational expenses, as well as maintain economic stability.

7. Social Multiplier

The rate of reward accumulation depends on a dynamic coefficient – the Social Multiplier.

It is influenced by:

  • The User’s current VIP status.
  • The reputation index (shaped based on content quality and the absence of violations, including the absence of fitnah).
  • Involvement in Amana Reserve programs (staking).

The Platform reserves the right to reduce the multiplier upon detecting signs of artificial boosting or the publication of low-quality content.

8. Liability and Jurisdiction

The Platform may not be held liable for any losses resulting from the User’s misinterpretation of the rules. Any disputes arising from the provisions of these terms shall be resolved in accordance with UAE law as well as with the internal regulations of the Platform.
