PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how Islam.Social LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Platform, We), registered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), collects, uses, and protects your data. We operate in accordance with the UAE personal data protection legislation and our internal ethical principles, where user information is recognized as Amanah (trusted property).

1. Age Restrictions

The Islam Social Platform is intended for users aged 16 and above. We deliberately do not collect data from individuals under this said age. If we become aware of the registration of a user under the age of 16, their respective data will be deleted immediately.

2. Data Collection and Use

To ensure the operation of SocialFi mechanisms and the accrual of IST rewards, we process the following categories of data:

  • Identification data. Username (Nickname) and email address.
  • Activity data. History of publications, comments, and interactions necessary for calculating rewards within the framework of Social Mining.
  • Technical information. IP addresses, cookies, and metadata employed to ensure security, prevent spam, and protect against cyber threats.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Your data is to be used exclusively for purposes that ensure the functioning of the ecosystem:

  • Maintaining the functionality of the personal account and profile.
  • Fair calculation and distribution of internal tokens based on intellectual contribution.
  • Protecting the community from toxic content, flood, and fraud.
  • Developing the VIP status system and offering respective privileges.

4. Data Transfer to Third Parties

The Platform may use the infrastructure of leading technology providers (hosting, cloud storage, analytical systems) to ensure stable access. We guarantee that your data will never be sold or transferred to any third parties for any marketing or advertising purposes without your prior explicit consent.

5. Data Storage and Deletion

  • Storage Period. We store your data as long as your account is active and in use.
  • Automatic Deletion. In the event the profile features no activity for 3 years, the account shall be deemed inactive. In this case, the profile and all associated personal data are subject to automatic deletion.
  • Self-Deletion. You can delete your account independently, at any time through the application settings.
  • Digital Assets (IST). Upon any account deletion (automatic or independent), all internal tokens (IST) accumulated on the balance shall transfer to the ownership of the Platform thus aiming to ensure the stability of the ecosystem and replenish the reserve fund.

6. Security and Amanah

We apply modern encryption methods and take organizational measures to protect your information. We view the protection of your data as a moral and legal obligation to every member of the community.

7. Jurisdiction and User Rights

Since Islam.Social LLC is based in the UAE, your data may be processed in the said jurisdiction. You have the right to access your data, correct it, or completely delete it in accordance with applicable law.
